Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School is a high quality, independent, Anglican, co-educational Preschool to Year 12 grammar school serving the southern Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and northern New South Wales. HEAD OF JUNIOR SCHOOL

Full-time continuing position commencing January 2022

We seek to appoint an outstanding educational leader as our next Head of Junior School.

The Junior School is a thriving, standalone campus of Lindisfarne, approximately 10 minutes drive from the Middle and Senior School. With a warm and welcoming community and professional, motivated staff, the Junior School requires a leader who desires to be front and centre of our exciting future.   

This senior leadership position provides overarching responsibility for ensuring future focused, educational and operational leadership for our students and staff. You will be responsible for driving the curriculum, promoting exceptional teaching and learning, as well as providing leadership in our approach to managing the pastoral care, discipline and wellbeing needs of our students in the junior years. 

It requires innovative thinking, proactive problem solving, and a deep care for students and staff and the ability to build strong relationships within a cohesive community.
